Kieran Mills-Evans has called for the Robins fans to back the side in numbers at tomorrow's tough opener with Bala Town.

Pre-season is now done and dusted and the real stuff begins tomorrow as the Reds travel to face Colin Caton's men.

Mills-Evans believes the pre-season preparations have been right and the side keen to hit the side running.

He said: "It is a great first test for us.

"Obviously they have been backing in training for a few weeks more than us and have signed well throughout the summer.

"But we need to try and focus on ourselves.

"We have prepared well and had a good pre-season, all of that leading up to tomorrow night.

"We will be hoping to hit the ground running and try and start where we finished last season.

"The new additions have fitted in well and have taken to how the gaffer wants us to play,

"The lads who have been around the club and league for a few years know what is expected for us and what to expect.

"But we feel as though come 7.45 tomorrow night we have prepared as best we can and have given ourselves the best chance of getting the season off to a positive start."

Ahead of the trip tomorrow the defender also offered a message to the fans, and called on them to travel to Maes Tegid in their numbers.

He said: "I hope the fans have all had a good summer and are looking forward to hopefully a successful season with some exciting and attacking football.

"We hope to see as many of you as possible at Bala tomorrow night and hopefully we can deliver three points."
