Caernarfon Town – Preview

The Robins travel to North Wales tomorrow evening where we will be looking to increase our unbeaten run to four games. It is always a tough task to take on Caernarfon at The oval, and tomorrow will be no exception.

To find out more about how the lads have been preparing for our latest league game, we spoke to first team manager Chris Hughes and to also gauge his opinion and views on the encounter.

“In some respects, we didn’t really want the break between our last game and this one to be as long as it has been because we are on a good run. However, on the other hand, our last outing against Flint was quite intense so the break has allowed the players some extra recovery time”

As for the game against Caernarfon, Chris had the following to say:

“We have enjoyed some good training sessions and the lads are ready to go. We know we are in for a tough game; Caernarfon have added some quality players to their squad, and we need to be on top of our game to nullify their threats. But we will look to impose our own threats on them, and we will be giving 100% to keep our unbeaten run going”

We thank Chris for taking the time to talk to us and we wish him and the lads all the very best ahead of the game at The Oval tomorrow.

Up the Robins!
