The club are pleased to announce they have signed a new kit sponsorship deal with one of the area’s leading employers.
The new kit for the 2018/19 season will be sponsored by Control Techniques, which is part of the Nidec Group.
The club will also continue their supply and retail partnership with buysportskitPRO, in association with Italian brand Errea.
Club chairman Howard Ellis is delighted with the new deal, that strengthens links with the area’s leading employer.
He said: “It is great to sign the new deal and we are really pleased with how the new kit looks.
“We are grateful to Control Techniques for their continued support of the club.
“They have been a great help to us and a sponsor for many years, and we are pleased to have them on the front and back of the first for the coming year.”
The kits have been designed and will soon be available to purchase online.
Speaking about the kit deal, Anthony Pickering, president of Control Techniques insisted he is proud to continue the business’ association with the club.
He added: “As one of the largest employers in Mid Wales, with around 600 staff, it is important we demonstrate our commitment and support to the local community.
“Control Techniques is very much a global company but our base has always been here in Newtown.
“As such, we have a great desire to strengthen our links with the area.
“Control Techniques has had a working relationship with the football club for over 30 years now, and we’re proud of our association.
“We look forward to continuing our support for Newtown AFC, on and off the pitch, and wish them every success for the season ahead.”
BuysportskitPRO Ltd has worked with the club for the past two seasons, and UK Sales Manager James Milner is pleased to continue the partnership.
He added: “Having worked with Newtown for the last two seasons, we our delighted to extend our sponsorship and partnership.
“Alongside our brand partners Errea, we feel we have put together an exciting range of products for fans and two excellent match kits for the season.”
