3G Pitch Hire
The face of Latham Park changed forever in July 2014, when the club had an artificial 3G pitch installed.
The surface has allowed junior clubs and organisations around the area to rent the pitch for use, as well as being used by the Robins academy and senior sides.
It is used year round, and has become a hub for community activity as the club collaborates with partners to put on a host of events.
It has been used by senior sides all the way through to sessions for disability and mental health football.
The pitch is well kept and is available to hire for training sessions, recreational football sessions and for matches

NOTE : Only moulded studs and astroturf trainers are allowed to be used on the pitch, metal studs and blades are not.
The Surface & Pitch Hire
The ‘next generation’ or ‘Third Generation’ artificial grass surfaces have a rubber crumb and sand infill for extra performance.
This type of surface utilises longer fibres (up to 65mm, Newtown AFC have 40mm conducive to football) to ensure it can hold both rubber and sand infill the levels of which can be adjusted to produce optimum playing characteristics.
These are generally regarded as being about as safe to play on as a typical natural grass surface, perhaps even safer in cold conditions.
Hire Use
Our 3G pitch can be hired (subject to availability) for recreational & training use, for matches large or small sided, for delivery of practical coaching / fitness sessions, for events associated with sporting activities (subject to confirmation).
All enquiries are welcome from recreational to corporate use.
Our fees are extremely good value and we provide a number of options.

ROOM HIRE
As well as the footballing facilities the club also has a number of facilities available for hire in the Latham Centre.
Both the media centre and function rooms come with a fully licenced bar and are available to hire for conferences, meetings and parties.
FUNCTION ROOM
Our function room can hold up to 200 people, and is ideal for large conferences, parties or other events.
It has a fully licenced bar and wifi, and a catering package is also available.
NOTE – Hire for over four hours – Sunday to Thursday £75, Friday and Saturday £150
Free room hire when the club is catering for a function of over 50 guests
MEDIA ROOM
The club’s media room has a fully licenced bar and is available to rent for meetings or for IT usage.
The room can hold up to 50 people for certain events, 30 people for meetings and 14 people for IT based events.
It has wifi available, and access can be made available to laptops, tablets and there is a printing provision.
All options include free projector, screen and wifi

As well as the fantastic footballing facilities Latham Park boasts and impressive club house to cater for fans needs.
The club is open on every match day, and provides top quality beers and spirits at reasonable prices so visiting and home fans can enjoy a drink both before and after games.
With comfortable seating areas, and outside seating it is a great place to enjoy a drink before watching the boys play on a Saturday.
The clubhouse is open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and also has a wide range of football matches being shown on its four televisions and a big screen.
Alongside the function rooms and upstairs sponsorship room, the bar is also open at other times during weekdays.
Catering & Hospitality
Top class catering is available to all who attend the Latham Centre either on matchdays or for parties and other events.
Options include top class buffets, meals and staff at the club can also accomodate for other needs.
