A former Shrewsbury Town youth, David made his Robins debut back in 2007 as a 17 year old and went on to make over 60 appearances, before moving to neighbours Caersws.

He returned to the club in 2014 and has held the Robins No 1 shirt ever since staring in Newtown’s last adventure in Europe in 2015. An experience keeper who has over 200 Robins appearances.
